On Tuesday May 14th twenty students from grades 4, 5, 6 and their parents journeyed to the banks of the Miramichi River to enjoy an evening of Bass Fishing. Several students were able to pull one of these amazing fish out of the water!
However, the winning fish of the day came off the line of Darien Porter. His Striped Bass measured between 55-65 cm allowing him to take his fish home for supper!
Congratulations to everyone for a wonderful evening of fishing and more important “AN EVENING OF FUN”!
Grade 2N took a walk to see the progress on the flowerboxes on Wednesday. One flowerbox is complete and the shop class is continuing on the other two. They are beautiful! Just wait until we fill them with flowers!

NSEE recently welcomed a new addition to
their school “Ricky The Salamander”.
Ricky will be housed in the Science room where two wonderful students
built a fully functioning Habitat for him to live and enjoy the attention.
A big thank you goes out to Ally
Matchett and Emma Sillker for working on the Salamander Habitat during their
lunch breaks.
Great work Girls!!!
