Thanks so much for your generous contributions to World Vision this holiday season! I am truly fortunate to work in a school and community who work together to make the world a better place! I would like to wish you and your children a wonderful holiday and I am looking forward to 2016!

I wanted to post these pictures of the cute crafts we have been doing. Although they will bring some home now, some are destined for the "Special Day" folders which your child will bring home at the end of the school year.

Our fun day continued when the grade 11's came back to NSEE to read with us! The postman got a bit confused and dropped our letters from Santa off at NSER instead of NSEE! So the grade 11 students brought them back to us and stayed to read the letters and some Christmas books as well.

Grade 6 Computer Buddies!
Mrs. Hendry and Mrs. Henderson's classes had a great morning in the computer lab! Mrs. Hendeerson posted pictures of us with Mr. Ryder's grade 6 class helping us practice using the mouse and moving around on the computer. We played some great math games and Christmas games! If you would like to play them at home the links can be found on our class page...

Gingerbread Man Game
This is another great webpage for having fun with numbers! There are different difficulty levels as well as different games (counting, matching and ordering). Spending a few minutes each day playing games will help strengthen your child's number concepts. Computer games are a great way to learn while having fun! This game is also tablet friendly.
