Tapping into your senses allows you to be more mindful of what is happening in your body at the present time. Try the attached activities and see how you feel. What did you notice that wouldn't have noticed before? How did it make you feel?

Today, I am encouraging everyone to get outside and enjoy the above normal temperatures. Spending time in green space or bringing mature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. Being outside can also do the following:

  • improve your mood
  • reduce feelings of stress or anger
  • help you take time out and feel more relaxed
  • improve your physical heath
  • improve your confidence and self-esteem
  • help you be more active
  • help you make new connections

You can use the two documents attached as a way to add some fun to your time outside. Enjoy!
