It's Christmas Concert time at NSEE!
Our Christmas Concert will take place on Wednesday December 17th in the school gymnasium. The concert will begin at 9:00 am and will feature several great music selections performed by each class.
Come out and enjoy some wonderful music and join in on the Christmas spirit!.

Come and enjoy an evening of bedtime story with us at North and South Esk Elementary!
NSEE will be hosting a First Nations Literacy Night for students in Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2 on Tuesday November 25th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the school.
Students are asked to wear their pajamas and bring their favorite stuffed animal as First Nation bedtime stories will be read to the children.
The students will also do a craft and receive a healthy bedtime snack.
NOTE: Students must be accompanied by an adult for the evening.

A notice to parents and students that between November 18th and November 20th the NSEE Home & School will be providing the annual Scholastic Book Fair in the school Library.
The Book Fair will be available to students during the school hours on November 18th, 19th, and 20th. The Book Fair will also be open during the evening of Parent Teacher on Thursday November 20th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
On Monday November 10th at 10:00 am NSEE will host the annual Remembrance Day ceremony. Please come and joins students and staff as we pay tribute to all those who fought for our freedom.
Local veterans from the Sunny Corner Legion along with family members will be in attendance for this ceremony.

Due to inclement weather and school closures the scheduled "Welcome To Kindergarten" parent meeting for today, Monday November 3rd at 9:00 am, is cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
NOTE:
EYE-DA testing will take place at the regular scheduled times on Wednesday November 5th at the school gymnasium.
On Halloween Day, NSEE will be celebrating its annual "Halloween Costume Parade"!
Come out on Friday October 31st beginning at 8:45 am in the gymnasium as the ghosts and goblins of NSEE will show off their scary costumes.

The NSEE annual Fall Fair will take place tonight, Friday October 24th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the school gymnasium.
Come out parents and students for some awesome fun games, face painting, and bake sale, just to name a few. Of course there will be the always popular dunk tank.
Students will go home with wonderful treat bags donated by Brent Tozer and the "Great Canadian Dollar Store."
