Tonight I sent home "address" labels for each parent to fill out. As part of our current Literacy writing theme, we are learning how to write letters, and need to know our address to do so! It would be great if you could have your child practice writing or saying their address from time-to-time to help it stick in their memory.

On Nov. 10 we honored our veterans, past and present, in our ceremony in the gym. Our wreath layers did a fine job representing our class.

It's on its way! Just a note to tell parents about the note in our homework about bringing in a winter object. I've asked each student to bring in a winter-themed item to use as part of a display project for Literacy/ poetry. The item should be something that can stay in our upstairs display case until January.
