Welcome to home learning week 9 :)

Currently the suggested amount of learning at home consists of 30 mins of Literacy (French), 30 mins of Math, 30 mins of some form of reading, and 30 min of Wellness for a total of 2 hours per weekday.

We ask that parents choose 1 activity from each column French and Math to complete per day if applicable to make up 1 hour of academic learning. Also students should aim to complete some form of reading everyday whether it be on youtube, a website, cookbook, or household book. Wellness activities will be posted on Mrs.Downey’s teacher page weekly, and First Nation lessons will posted on Mrs. Mountain’s teacher page every Monday.

Please know that mental wellness and time spent with family takes precedence during these times. At-home learning is going to be all about balance, and I do not want you to feel overwhelmed. Please get in touch with me via email or through Facebook messenger https://www.facebook.com/mmegaudettandmmewhyte you have any questions and I will be happy to help! Or email me at melanie.gaudett@nbed.nb.ca

**I am also providing you with a link to a French Immersion Website created by another teacher that indicates all of the information about the animal sounds, the sight words, the math outcomes and more for grade 1. It might help to open this website when choosing your activity for the day. https://lou1fi.weebly.com/

Welcome to home learning week 3 :)

I hope all of you got to enjoy this beautiful weather !
