Homework:           Literacy-  Read 20 minutes and record in your new "log" book                        -  Work on Publishing Project (book)  Due Feb. 4th                                    -  Review Poetry Analysis Notes                Math-   Get test signed!            Science-  Social Studies-                Health-                  Tech-  Logs are due tomowwow!                  Gym- 6R-                             6M- Friday    Sports:  - Middle School Girls basketball:  Practice on Tues at NSER and practice on Thursday at NSEE - Middle School Boys basketball:   Practice on Tues @ NSEE and practice on Thursday at NSER (Game is cancelled)      Skating Schedule: - Grade 6R and 6M will be skating on Monday afternoons from 2:00 to 3:00 (during the month of February) :) - Helmets are required!! - We have extra skates here at NSER.  If you need a pair, send me a note!    Reminders: - This Friday is "Hockey Jersey" Day!  Wear your jersey!! - "Math Night" will be held on Thursday evening from 6 to 7.  Come out and enjoy!! - Grade 6 students are encouraged to participate in outdoor activities at lunchtime.  If they would like to play on the snow hills or go sliding, they are required to have "snow pants".  -  Students are encouraged to have a change of clothes (especially socks) packed in their backpacks. -  Students also need indoor shoes to wear to class and to gym.  -  Brrrrrrrrrr!!
