The students of North & South Esk Elementary participated in a coloring contest with the Red Bank Veterinary Clinic. Each participating student submitted a colored picture that was displayed in the clinic.  Students selected by the clinic staff, were awarded cash prizes of $25 (Marlie Astle), $15 (Danielle Sherrard) and $10 (Amber Allison). There were also three honorable mentions: Justin Matchett, Derek Mullin and Taya Kingston-Martin.   The contest was started by the clinic for students to raise awareness of their pet’s health and care. All students in grade 3 and 4 were given postcards, bookmarks and tattoos provided by the Red Bank Veterinary clinic.
