Sleep For Kids

We have been talking about Healthy Bodies for the past few months. We have learned a lot about healthy eating, hygiene, excercise and sleeping. Today we learned a lot about why it's important to get a good nights sleep and some things we should do as well as some things we shouldn't do before bedtime.  Check out this website and discuss it!
